Svaroopa® (Bliss) yoga will leave you with a deep feeling of relaxation and a heightened energy level at the same time, with feelings of stress or anxiety significantly diminished. If you are new to yoga or Svaroopa® yoga, I recommend you begin with Continuing Yoga classes. See class descriptions below.
To sign up for any class, a cheque, dated the first class date, or an e-transfer, is required to reserve your spot.

Classes begin and end with a Guided Awareness, and include a breathing practice, and a series of supported yoga poses.
Yoga and Meditation classes offers a beginning Shavasana (relaxation), Ujjayi breathing, core opening poses, a short teaching and meditation instructions. This combination gives an easy entry to a quiet mind and your Blissful Self. Both new and seasoned meditators are welcome. Once you register, I will send you information about props and help you test zoom so we know all is working fine. Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Layers are recommended.
