Svaroopa® (Bliss) yoga will leave you with a deep feeling of relaxation and a heightened energy level at the same time, with feelings of stress or anxiety significantly diminished. If you are new to yoga or Svaroopa® yoga, I recommend you begin with Continuing Yoga classes. See class descriptions below.

DescriptionContinuing classes are suitable for beginners to yoga as well as those who have been practicing for some time. Classes begin and end with a Guided Awareness, and include a breathing practice, and a series of supported yoga poses.
Yoga and Meditation classes offers a beginning Shavasana (relaxation), Ujjayi breathing, core opening poses, a short teaching and meditation instructions. This combination gives an easy entry to a quiet mind and your Blissful Self. Both new and seasoned meditators are welcome. The Deeper in person class is 1 hour and 45 minutes. It may include fewer poses (going slower - staying in pose longer) or new variations or adjustments or layering or deeper sequencing. You need a good awareness of the Svaroopa® poses or have studied another style of yoga. Please check with me if you have not attended a deeper class before. Once you register, I will send you information about props and help you test zoom so we know all is working fine. Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Layers are recommended.
