I am a certified Svaroopa® Vidya Meditation Group Leader and lead these informal gatherings one Monday evening a month. Newcomers as well as those experienced in meditation are welcome. You may attend either the yoga philosophy discussion or the group meditation, or both. Reservations are kindly requested.
