Svaroopa® Yoga in Calgary: Tap Into Your Inner Bliss
I’m Rosemary Nogue (Rudrani), a Certified Svaroopa® Yoga Teacher (CSYT), Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500), Meditation Teacher, Group Meditation Leader and certified through the Yoga Association of Alberta (YAA).
Svaroopa® (sva-rupa) is a Sanskrit word that means the "bliss of your own being" which is why I call my yoga business Bliss Yoga.
In Svaroopa® yoga you sequence releasing your spine from the tailbone to the top. You don’t push to make the pose happen. It is deceptively easy and simple. You prop and align and then allow the changes to develop. All levels of your being begin to open up simultaneously when you decompress your spine - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual - giving you access to your own deeper essence named “Svaroopa” in the yoga texts. People at any yoga skill level can take part in Svaroopa® yoga.

Satsang (sacred gathering)
Satsang is offered one Monday evening a month, open to all and consists of a yoga philosophy discussion followed by a group meditation. Come to one or both.
