Private Sessions

I offer the following private one on one yoga modalities. The cost is $50.00 for each one hour session. Please contact me for further discussion.

Vichara (self inquiry) sessions support you becoming aware of and dissolving the minds re-circulating, undigested thought patterns. This is like yoga poses for your mind. There is no analyzing or blame... only awareness.

Private yoga classes support students who are new to the practice, gentle yogis not ready for a class situation, yogis who want to start or deepen their home practice or want to have a better understanding of the poses taught in class.
